I mean extremely. Can be seen clearly--during the day! Lights up a whole room at night if pointed at the ceiling. Little legs hold it anywhere. Very useful for car repairs. Notably working under the hood and changing tires. One negative: When you rotate the on/off switch, the light comes on full, then tones down as you turn it more. Would be nice and more intuitive if it were the reverse (starts dim and gets brighter as you turn more). But that is all I can come up with there. Overall, an excellent product!
