You will need to return both tv's at your cost in order to receive refund/exchange thus rendering the 45 day no hassle return/exchange policy useless.Wish I would had been told that when making phone order as I would had not purchased knowing those exceptions..Told by rep when trying to return/exchange only 32" tv, to sell tv to a friend, relative or on Ebay, then return to purchase another tv..I think not as I'm shopping elsewhere... Good picture quality and remote control features. Love all the features. Easy setup and love the wifi. My son plays with it a lil more than I do.
