Pros: Big! Has decent height compared to my old 25" LG 21:9 monitor.
Bright! The colors are excellent for this IPS panel, response times aren't bad at all.
Picture-by-Picture mode is amazing, since I can play my console and monitor my computer for messages from friends at the same time without needing to change inputs.
I can actually pick out details in games without having to sit super close to my monitor now, its great!
Cons: This monitor was open-box and came without a washer in the back panel where you connect the stand on one of the four connecting holes. However, a quick fix was to find a screw that fit the mount and the hole, and bore it out a bit with my father's screwdriver. Mission accomplished! Apart from that, this monitor was still in the shrink-wrap! Works perfectly.
Other Comments: Was debating grabbing this for $350 or waiting to get a 2k monitor of the same size; glad I went with this in the end, because 2560x1440 is still too expensive to justify the payments, as well as this 2560x1080 will be easier to render games on for my GPU. Better frames = better games!
