Pros: Amazing looking set, great picture, easy set-up, good enough built in OS, lots of inputs, fast shipping, and very communicative customer service. Warranty that LG throws in is nice too.
Cons: Sound sucks but that's pretty standard with these sets, "TruMotion 120" isn't great and I've turned it off in favor of the native 60hz refresh rate, HDR settings are currently underutilized.

Cons: - Try as I may with the setting, I just couldn't get any blacks out of this TV. All I could get was grey - The top of the panel was loose in the frame, could tap and it would rattle - Terrible light bleed at the top left and right - a line of vertical white in the panel in the center - remote is difficult to use in the dark, you will want one to replace it with one with backlit buttons, like from Logitech Harmony.
Other Comments: - I wasn't expecting this TV to work as a computer monitor, but I tried it. When displaying colored text on a black background (i.e., Telnet or ssh), each character would have 2 different colors. For example the letter a would have blue pixels (desired) and grey pixels. As I moved the window around, the pixels that were blue would turn to grey and vice versa. I got a headache quickly from trying to read code. I own a cheap Seiki 30 Hz 39-inch TV/monitor. I now appreciate the deep blacks and the great PC monitor that it is. I was expecting more from LG. I was wrong. I sent this back - what a hassle. My Seiki was great for $400 over a year and a half ago, why can't this LG be the same? ** Let me say that Buydig's return policy with free return shipping was EXCELLENT. They quickly sent me a return label, I called Fedex to pick the TV up at my door, and I received a credit from Buydig very quickly. **

Other Comments: I bought 2 Tv's from Buydig.com. They were running a deal through "Brad's Deals for a nice sizable discount off this model if TV. When I ordered and put in the discount code it brought it down to a rediculously low amount (hence, the reason we decided to buy 2) The company was out for Yon Kipper when I placed the order online. They sent me an email saying there was an error in the price and they cancelled the order. I called customer service, and they we're extremely nice and professional. The compromised with me on the price to keep my business. I was very pleased with their customer service, their billing department, and the timely fashion that the TV'S were shippef. We love the TV'S, they were packaged very well, and the have lots of great features. I would recommend this company to anyone that wants to get a good product from a good company!
