Took me awhile to adjust picture and had to call LG for help twice but both times they figured out the problem and talked me through the answer. Got a live person every time. Price was good and free delivery (see below). Cons: None Other Comments: I gave it only 4 stars becuase of the delivery. I am bed bound and Fedex just left the tv unattended by my front door. I made it to the front door with help of my walker and pleaded with the lady to at least bring it inside the door so it was not outside in the rain to no avail.
