Pros: Very functional and useful features
Cons: A little complex. Takes investment of time to learn its capabilities.
Other Comments: Buydig was very willing to accommodate my unique situation. Although the need to return this product did not materialize, they agreed to accept the return of this remote after it was shipped.

Pros: Controls my cable set top box so I only need one remote. Makes navigating TV WebOS a breeze.
Cons: Remote is excellent for controlling TV. There are a view extra steps to control some features of cable box. Basic cable box features, channel and volume change, pause and play TV works great from designated buttons on remote.
Other Comments: Shame on LG for not including this remote with the TV.
