Other Comments: Purchased this case 8-9 months ago. Loved it. We had it in the water all the time and handled it as outlined. About 6 weeks ago we were at a watermark and the phone stopped working. Water leaked in the case.
I emailed them since they state it is "waterproof". It took them over a week to respond just to refer me to the fine legal print that it was waterproof but they do not warranty phone damage. It must be a " faulty" case and they would replace it.... But not the phone.
If its waterproof it should be guaranteed. But I guess it isn't. So..... Buyer beware of warranty, guaranty, and follow up.
