Cons: Need To Point Hold, Suddenly Went To Factory, Suddenly Went To Reset Mo, NO RF
Other Comments: First of all, the unit I received looked like an "international" model. Had several adapters you need to attach to the charger plug for each country's outlet. For the flat pin outlets we have here, I had to attach an extra adapter - round pins to flat. The charger sicks out about two inches from the wall plug. Not a huge deal, but could be a problem in some set ups. If you travel internationally with your remote, you are all set with the included adapters :).
It was easy to configure via web site. Pretty intuitive.Need to have the exact make and model number of devices - knew that. My set up is pretty simple. I have to hold the remote pointed towards the components for a while (2-3 seconds) to activate all. Seems to happen sequentially - good. Touch screen is good, but sometimes have to tap the icons a few times for a favorite channel to be tuned. Was able to get rid of 3 remotes. But, suddenly the "Touch" became unresponsive and displayed a message "factory reset". I will have to connect to their website today and configure the remote again. Could it be because the battery was level low? Need an optional part to get RF capability. This adds pieces and makes it cumbersome.
Overall with 2 weeks of use, feel the pros outweigh the cons.
