Review submitted for Logitech G330 Gaming Headset (LTG330)
Pros: Easy Controls, Durable, Clear Reception
Cons: Cord too short
Other Comments: Headset is super comfy on the ears...almost like earmuffs. Love the volume and muting controls! I wish the cord was 5-8' longer as I can't lounge on my couch and play PS3. My only comparison is the original PS2 headset that came with the original SOCOM which has a ~15' cord. The G330 is stereo headset(2 ear pieces and the PS2 set only has 1 ear speaker. The adjustable mic (flexy bendy mouth pieces)on the old PS2 set is pretty cool too. Just personal preference I guess. If it holds up for 2-3 years I'll be a satisfied customer. I was hoping to use these on my desk phone at work as I have a USB port on the phone. Worst case scenario I'll find a RJ14 to use adapter and plug right into the phones headset input.
I recommend this product Yes, I recommend this product

1 out of 5 stars   Waste of money

Review submitted for Logitech G330 Gaming Headset (LTG330)
Pros:
Cons: Poor Value, Poor Sound, Mic didn't work, Uncomfortable
Other Comments: The microphone does not work in my computer, but strangely works in a friend's laptop. My drivers are updated, and it's not my computer that's the issue, since a $20 [...]headset works better for less money (ie. actually works). Sound quality is poor at best, compared to the same $20 headset, with or without the USB adapter. The headset itself is terribly uncomfortable if worn for more than 30 minutes at a time, and it is not as light; nor is the fit as customizable as the ads state. If your head is too small, it won't fit. If your head is too big, it won't fit. If it's neither, it'll probably end up digging grooves into the side of your head in a manner similar to what prolonged wearing of glasses does to one's nose and above the ears.Logitech's customer service regarding the mic not working was completely useless. They did not even read the messages I submitted, only that there was a problem before sending back auto-generated generic fix-all suggestions that I had already tried - and I had told them that in both of the messages they did not read. This product had no positive aspects, except teaching me what not to purchase in the future.
