No support at all, because I think Logitech expects it to work easily for everyone, but this is not the case...and while looking for support I found others w/ similar issues that I had. It's working now but still crackles when silent and I don't have a fix. Great idea for a product but not executed well. Sound is better than I expected, but when you are use to a 5 speaker system, you get spoiled. Overall decent speaker for the price with a very small footprint - if you don't have much space, this is the speaker to get.
