I long ago gave up on SanDisk because of many card failures I experienced and the company's failure to stand behind their products. To do that you need a fast card so you do not miss a shot. This is a exstremly fast card and I highly recomend it. I use a Canon 5D Mk II and shoot in RAW+L almost always. I can usually fit just over 400 shots per 16GB card. The difference with this card and the others I've used is in the fact that I'm getting better write speeds and not missing the shot because my camera is still writing the previous shot. Internal camera speeds of the 5D Mark II are 45 MB/second. The Lexar ExpressCard reader reads this card at roughly 70-90 MB/sec as well.
