Pros: You can dump your music, photos and etc straight to this drive via its USB port. You can then plug into your iPhone lightning port to transfer to your phone. You use their free app to manage the transfer. Has worked well for me but took a little exploring to figure it out but works great now that I understand it better now. I like Lexar's music player better than trying to use iTunes.
Cons: It will not put the music where iTunes will find it. It must be due to iTunes proprietary. It will play the music with its own player that I use instead and I do like better.
Other Comments: I have shown this neat device to several friends and they have ordered it too. I have seen other versions of this same type device by other brands but they were quite a bit more expensive. I'm happy with the money I saved. I like the short cable that allows it to connect to any lightning port regardless of which protective case I have.
