Other Comments: This was my first time in ordering anything and the customer service person was great to deal with. The coffee pot arrived within a few days, good delivery service and they gave me a tracking number to keep up on it. I like the stainless steel pot it is a solid pot. I really have enjoyed the coffee it tastes great plus it will keep extra coffee warm. I had to buy a new coffee pot as my old one did not work anymore, and my old coffee pot was a Melitta I got in 2003, so I hope I have alot of usage from this pot.

Other Comments: Use every day for coffee making. It is simple, love to hear and see the perk, and it makes nice Hot coffee. I had been having problems with lots of coffee makers not making coffee hot enough. I kept having to use microwave....NOT anymore!
