Other Comments: Impressed by the quality of the blade and handle for the price you pay. You will not find a better knife for the price. It may not be the henckel or shun you want but if you need a knife to use for the rush this will get you out of the weeds. i use this for everyday prep. Chopped massive amounts of veggies from tomatoes to carrots..carved meat ...it will do the job you need it to very well. Sharpens on a stone nicely as well. Very pleased with my mercer.
