Other Comments: Fantastic little DVR. I really only tried to use the DVR to record from ONE video camera for which I needed the DVR. I don't know if it will record from a wide variety of video inputs. Output to a TV may be problematic as I was unable to get my HDTV to display from the unit using standard RCA composite video input jacks on the TV. The recording works well, though -- a bit too much compression perhaps. The DVR uses mini-SD cards -- not micro -- and those are a bit rare. I plan to use a kit that has a micro-SD card and adapters to mini and full-size SD card slots. The DVR comes with a very nice case and all the parts you need except for the mini-SD. Works perfectly for what I need it for -- recording from an old micro-color camera rather than using a camcorder. Files transfer fine to a PC and are readily viewable on the PC.
