Pros: I like the quiet mode for being out in the wilderness and not hear the loud beeps. To have rechargeable batteries is awesome. Easy to operate.
Cons: The ear piece doesn't fit very well but it works.

Other Comments: My wife and I drive for a large automobile dealership in Des Moines, Iowa. We travel in separate autos and drive to large cities such as Chicago, Detroit, Milwaukee, Monneapolisetc. It is imperaive we communicate with each other if we get separated. The Midland GXT860 is the best radio we have used. Excellent distance and clarity.
