5 out of 5 stars   Great purchase

Review submitted for Midland 36-Channel GMRS Radio Pair Pack w/ Charger & Rechargeable Batteries - LXT600VP3 (MLLXT600VP3)
Pros: Long battery life, accurate sound, good range and features.
Cons: I only found one: the battery meter shows full at all times, suddenly you find your device out of juice with no warning. After 12 hrs charging, Midland recommends to unplug the charger. It should disconnect itself, or if it does, the red LED should go green or off.
Other Comments: Midland created a trustworthy radio, thumbs up. For the first charge, with minimal use of the 2 way radio, the batteries were depleted in 24 hours.
I recommend this product Yes, I recommend this product

5 out of 5 stars   great on the cruise ship

Review submitted for Midland 36-Channel GMRS Radio Pair Pack w/ Charger & Rechargeable Batteries - LXT600VP3 (MLLXT600VP3)
Pros: Worked for the most part everywhere on the ship. Was pivotal in keeping our family connected on our trip. Held a charge all day.
Cons: There were just a few areas of the ship had poor reception.
Other Comments: I highly recommend these for a cruise with your family. This way the family could participate in multiple independent activities, but still find each other and figure out where to meet. Cell phones were not reliable and using them was expensive.

Pros: price, Silent Operation Is Nice, Small Size
Cons: Range In Mountains
Other Comments: Bought to use mainly for Hunting. They are a pretty good radio for the money. I think they perform as good as any radios in the $80 or less range. I had to return my first set as one of them wouldn't turn off.
