Unlike other wireless Bluetooth speakers, this one has great volume and can fill a room! The only thing is to make sure you are not trying to pair the device in a room with other wireless electronics currently in use. You can take them to another room to pair, then place the speaker wherever you want once they are connected. If you don't, the sound will cut in and out.
