Cons: NO SUPPORT, Terrible Colors, Juvenile software, NO firmware updates, Slow to load software, Priced too high
Other Comments: I have tried this webcam on both laptop and desktop systems with the same dismal performance. Skype callers report the same terrible colors that are produced on my end. Colors are so poor as to appear almost sepia. Many of the adjustable settings are grayed out virtually eliminating making corrections. No firmware or software updates appear to be available to help with the color issue. The webcan is really a $10 unit priced high and then sale priced down to make one think it's a bargain. This unit is not a bargain at any price!

It has multiple color and background settings, which makes for a fun time. The only con to this device is the coloring during the day. It is made for use in a darker room.
