Pros: Discreet, Compact, Easy To Set Up
Cons: Check Your Angle, Ear Piece Slips
Other Comments: This was perfect as a tool for a secret shopper. Bluetooth blends in well and gives the right point of view. No looking at chests or belly buttons like the button camera. Careful though, the ear piece slips a little and can change the angle.

Cons: Ear Piece Breaks Easily
Other Comments: We used this in our business....We hired mystery shoppers and outfitted them to go through our store, interact with our employees and review our customer service. We had no problems using this on a pc.

Other Comments: Company was very quick to refund item And send (via email), the appropriate packing receipt for return shipping. For this I take my hat of to them...perhaps they might want to check whether the item actually worked with a Windows based PC system.

Other Comments: easy to use over all but you should tell all buyers that your software is on a MINI disc.....problem if you have a mac with vertical disc insert= CLUNK disc jammed in computer! super small......good ear piece holder fragile and broken...cannot use now.
