Pros: It works with my 10mm WA, It comes with a diffuser, The coverage is superb W
Cons: None that I can find
Other Comments: It was very easy to use. I used it initially for candid portraits which were perfectly and even lighted. It even covers the field evenly for my 10mm wide angle lens.
