Other Comments: I have used this product in the past in my work as a journalist, and needed a second one for my freelance work. I was pleased to find a refurbished model, as it's a little pricey at full retail price. The refurbished one doesn't seem to have any problem after two weeks of use, but I was disappointed in the 90-day limited warrantee. The online listing I used in deciding to buy this one from this supplier was apparently borrowed from the manufacturer for an all-new device, as it clearly stated a one-year warrantee, like new. But on receiving, the documentation said 90-day warrantee on refurbished products. So that was misleading, and when I called Bug-dig for a fix, they didn't offer any change, and there's no indication that they'll fix their listings that appear online for buyers. So, buyers be advised that refurbished products only come with a 90-day guarantee!
