  OPtoma Projector By T. Great Razooly on July 30, 2014 Review submitted for Optoma S303, SVGA, 3000 ANSI Lumens, Easy-to-Use Performance Projector (OPS303) Pros: So far this $300 price range projector is WONDERFUL. I got it about 3 weeks ago, and use it to project DVD's for our outdoor movies at home. It is VERY bright, and we can start our movies even before dark! When it gets dark, BAM! it's spectacular. I have the projector covered, but it remains outside in the sun and dust 24 hours a day for the summer months. Rock solid electronics, I guess. I have the projector about 30' from our 12' screen, seems to be a good set up. I'm NOT a tech-guy so I don't care about the dozen ways you can hook-up this projector. I just have 1 RCA cord running from my DVD player to the back of the projector and it works! When you consider that just a replacement projector bulb can run you $150 to $200 (& the hassle of changing out the bulb) that makes this new $300 projector is a GREAT value.
