  Who would send this out? By Pete on July 20, 2014 Review submitted for Otterbox Anthem Collection Defender Case for iPhone 4/4S - Stars and Stripes (OTDEFIPH4SSS) Pros: Case serves it purpose. Cons: It arrived in completely blemished condition. Other Comments: If quality control had bothered to open their eyes clearly this product would have never passed since the completely blemished outside face would have relegated it to the discard box. No consumer would have ever purchased this if they had seen the outside cover of this case. I would never have purchased this in any store based on the messed up condition of the outside of this case. First and last purchase from this store.
