The picture quality is excellent and am happy with how many filters each setting has. This is an excellent purchase. Best advice I can give concerning the reviews would be to consider if the review is based on inexperience or if it is based on the actual performance of the camera. I found that the negative reviews were not accurate from my experience. They appeared to be more from inexperience and not taking the time to learn what setting should be used in a given situation. Try different settings for the same situation and experiment with the filters. Have fun learning. Whatever you decide, happy picture taking!
