Pros: GPS works great, and GPS location logging is a really cool feature. Generates a trip log file that can be viewed on GoogleEarth. Can set interval with which GPS log points are taken. Picture quality seems good. Fairly easy to walk through the menu's and learn all the functions if you've used cameras like this before. Battery life seems good - logged GPS points for hours, took lots of pictures, and didn't drain the battery too much at all. I don't worry about it getting wet (have used it on kayaking trips in the rain without issue, but haven't dunked it under water (yet).
Cons: No lens cover or case, but this makes it 'faster' to grab and use when strapped to clothing or PFD. The battery/SD card access door seal doesn't seem very tight, and I'd be concerned about water getting in here. In really rough water I keep the camera in a waterproof pouch, which is good as I was dumped once with it. Doesn't come with a memory card, but they are cheap. Standard zoom controls as most cameras, but something easier to reach around the shutter release would be nice. No major complaints so far!
Other Comments: I've taken this camera on 3 kayak trips, and used it to complement my DSLR on hikes to keep from changing lenses on the DSLR as much. The GPS logging feature is really nice. Has all the traditional menu settings. Flash seems to work well for reasonably close objects. Haven't tried out the macro feature yet, or done much with movie mode. Mainly was looking for something to take kayaking with me that I wouldn't have to worry about getting wet.

Pros: Great little camera with many features only foind on more expensive cameras. Waterproof, shockproof, has GPS and Altimeter and depth meter.
Cons: Would like to have a hand strap as well as the caribiner.
