There seemed to be no reason why one would be poor and the next fairly good. I didn't try the video at all so can not comment on that. After much camera testing and trying we found the ZR3R to be excellent. The display is bright, rich, and detailed. The pictures and video look just as good on the computer as they do on the camera. The camera is easy to use, can go from video to photos to video with just one button and no menus to go through. The display can be viewed on even bright days and the menu is easy to follow on the display. The HD videos are amazing and can use some of the specialized photo settings. The camera is great! However, we returned it...... We got the Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS7R instead because it has built in GPS and we use the camera for traveling. The DMC-ZS7R is 12.1 MP instead of the 14.1 on the DMC-ZR3R, but the difference is not noticeable. Yes, I recommend this product Was this review helpful?     |     Report this review
