Very well built and works very well wet or dry. I've tried all the other big name razors that have cost 4 times as much. It's not even close. Panasonic and quality just go together. Things I like about it are: Shaves close, even under the chin. Not noisy at all compared to other razors of this type. Perfect ergonomics, switch doesn't accidently turn off while shaving.
