People can walk and talk, everyone can carry their phone with them from office to work station to exam room. the Base unit has robust features that serve us well. The buttons on the handsets tend to wear out after 3-4 years of hard use. Headsets often seem to have inadequate volume, and you must buy the recommended Panasonic headset.
