Pros: Great For Big Men, Jade Stones Really Work, Adjustable Massage, Works Great, Very heavy duty
Cons: No Adjustment Strap, Heat Feature Defective, Cord too short, No Handle To Hold
Other Comments: They need to release a new model with a more stable heat element. The biggest problem is there is no strap or handle to maneuver the device to the areas needed. Great product that needs to be tweaked. Hopefully they will address the handle/strap issue and the short power cord issue. The product will be top notch then!
