I love being able to talk to someone just holding the handset in my hand and not having to put the handset to my ear. I also love being able to push a button and being able to call those individuals that I contact on a regular basis. I have yet to use the speaker on the base to converse with someone but I am sure it works as well as the rest of the telephone. Again great product!
