Verified Purchase Review submitted for RCA 4-Line Expandable System Phone with Intercom (RCA25423RE1) Pros: Attractive Design, Durable, Nice Features, Good Sound Quality, New Model B takes 5 bats Cons: Doesn't wall mount Other Comments: The quality is great. What I got these for was a mixed VoIP and analog wiring. THe RCA eliminated the HUM my old ATT 732/832 had. I only wish these would wall mount as the other RCAs that do, suck. This phone was a model B and took 1 more battery. Other than that is acts the same as my other model As. I love these phones. 2 have the cordless feature. There was a 3 volt difference in the ground. I trashed all of my old AT&T 732 and 832 phones for these. These RCA devices fixed the problem! I'm less happy with the 2 and 3 line versions. It solved several problems of mixing POTS and VoIP, and SKYPE D-Link. The position is great for dialing and it has a firm base. Now it does have some warts. If press hold, hte listener gets beeps. That does work well when you are on a confrence call with others!. The cordless add on isn't independant. Meaning it is the Base or the Cordless, not two phones. The cordless works out to at least 500 feet away! Cordless has a mute button. I like this device so much I bought 2 and 3 2-line versions.
