Other Comments: I used this second battery along with the kit battery in a battery grip. The only thing I see unusual is that it would not charge in the Canon supplied charger. I used the charger that came with the battery.

Other Comments: I bought two of these batteries and chargers only to learn that they do not communicate with the camera. There is no way to know how much battery life you have remaining which is a nice feature of the 5d.

Other Comments: This Battery flat out does not work properly in a Canon D7 Camera. The Camera will not read the charge so it does not indicate the remainnng battery life. NOT a usable substitue for the original Canon LP-E6 battery.
