Pros: Kit with Drive copy kit
Cons:
Other Comments: I am using the drive as a fast boot drive on XP. Cut boot time to nearly one half. The kit came with drive copy software that was very easy to use. Took me slightly less than an hour from start to finish, yes including reading the instructions.
