Pros: Very nice picture, excellent sound, and it gets Netflix. Lots of things it does but we haven't figured out most of them yet - I don't know if that's a pro or a con.
Cons: [...]Sometimes it talks to you without being asked.

Pros: I was hesitant to order a plasma from across the country but not many were left so there was no choice. This company seemed to have the best odds of my order going correct based on research. Price was fair. Product that arrived is what I ordered. It arrived in about a week. It arrived with the box damaged-the box had a big tear in it like it was against something in the truck that fell into it. Fortunately it was on the non screen size. After looking at the shipping materials I blame samsung [...] Anyways, all else was good. Set up tv and have had it on for 24 hrs a day for a little over a week. I wanted to make sure nothing has been damaged since the box was damaged. So far great product. Glad I placed the order.
Cons: I cant give 5 stars as box was damaged regardless of whose fault.

Other Comments: After a lot of reviewing of TV specs I decided on the plasma and not the LED one. I am not disappointed with this TV as it is great. The most beautiful picture I've seen on a TV. I've owned a few and am extremely pleased with this choice.
