Being a Smart TV one should know how to navigate the programming with an on screen keyboard. I had to enter my Wifi password and network provider. Cons: There are no instructions for the installation of the stand and the programming for the TV. Being a 75 inch TV, there should be two people for handling and installation of the stand. Other Comments: As large of a company as Samsung is one would expect more customer info once the item is purchased. Samsung's items are very costly and in my case not user friendly. Also, be sure to check screw sizes for tv and the wall mount you buy. Universal mount kits aren't so universal at all.
