Pros: I purchased this camera as a wedding gift. I thought I had purchased the 'package', but I inadvertently did not. I phoned Beach Camera and asked if I could return the item and then re-purchase the full package. They told me to keep the item and they would send me the additional accessories at no additional cost!!!! That was so amazing. I wish more companies would take a lesson in what real customer service is.
