The set up on the mp3 screen didn't appear like the way I had set it up and organized when I linked it on the computer. It didn't show the folders' names or the artists' names. I had used some of Sansa Clip+ 2GB before, they were alright. However, the last one I bought had frozen up even at the very first time of use. I had to return it to exchange for another.

Other Comments: I have two MP3's and this is preferred when going for a walk. It is a great size and the clip is convenient and helpful. My other player is a Sony and the Sansa has a better sound. The only problem I have, and it may be me, but I can't figure out how to set up the player to play the songs in the order I want. Whatever songs I load, they will play in alphabetical order. There are functions on this player I may not ever use, but for the price, it is a great deal for what you get and I would recommend this to anyone. There is no perfect player out there, but of all the ones I have owned, I have liked this one the best. I just wish they would make the cord on the earbuds stronger.
