Verified Purchase Review submitted for Sigma APO 50-500mm F4.5-6.3 DG OS HSM f/ Canon EOS (SG50500SEOS) Pros: Strong Construction, Sufficiently Sharp, Fast / accurate auto-focus Cons: Heavy, Lens Creep, Hard to keep steady Other Comments: I also own a Sigma 18-250 which is wonderfully sharp, and after reading reviews from Canon users who also own similar L series lenses I thought this lens was worth a shot given it's range. It's sharper than some would have you believe but your technique has to be spot on if you want to get sharp images either hand-held or with a tripod.
