Pros: The TV came on schedule and it was well packed. The picture quality is excellent and it did not need any adjustments as far as picture quality is concerned.
Cons: The little chip that would not let us connect to our IPad was disappointing. This is a second home and we were hoping to not have to purchase a cable bundle. The rear firing speakers make it hard to hear the dialog and I will probably have to buy an auxillary speaker. The surge protector with its 300 joules is as cheap as it gets.
Other Comments: I hope I don't have to wait too long to see something in 4K on this TV.
