Other Comments: I cut the board in 1/3 and 2/3 and taped it so it was nice. then detached the bottom 1/3 from the underside support bar and reattached it to the slider bar. So now, the bottom 1/3 of the board, which is where your butt is, slides with the ankles as the rachet separated them. I wish I could patent this! It works perfectly!
