Pros: Well-designed unit, QUALITY WORKMANSHIP, Wonderfully effective
Cons: none whatsoever
Other Comments: Surprisingly effective performance from an affordable steamer. Works as well as steamers costing three times as much. Used only $1 worth of distilled water to completely remove the wrinkles from two pairs of new curtains.
