Great value and actually easier to set-up than anticipated. One advertised "feature" that may be outdated or not available through modern isp would be the e-mail notifications (not able to make that work with Charter internet/e-mail). It did not come with all the included components (no mouse, no network cable, 9 of 10 bnc adapters). Our unit had video from CES in March 2010, proving it had been used. The mouse port does not work.
