I was very impressed by the picture quality, and that's nearly the only thing that I care about. I wish the sensor for the remote was higher on the set, or that the remote was stronger, and it's easy to block the sensor with my setup (soundbar sitting in front of the set). Auto scan found all the tv stations on the cable input. The energy star rating was pointing below the lowest efficiency. This set uses 100w less power than the old tube tv it replaced. Takes 10 or so seconds to turn on, being an electronics tech, this tells me that the input surge current is well controlled and the set should last a long time.
