4 out of 5 stars   Good Tablet

Review submitted for Toshiba 32 GB 10.1" Thrive Tablet - Android 3.2 (Honeycomb), Dual Webcams (TBAT105T1032)
Pros: Fast Fun
Cons: Printing
Other Comments: My computer died when I received this so it has saved me from jumping in to buy a newer updated computer. Con is the printing has no good apps to print. If a web page has a pop up or a table within a web page it just prints the original web page and nothing in the table. Same goes for emails that have tables. Tried a couple apps including paying and they all do the same thing. Can email so I email to my work email addr. and then print those important emails. Otherwise love this tablet. Would be better if had 3 or 4g capability. Wifi is okay.

3 out of 5 stars   Thrive Strengths and Weaknesses

Review submitted for Toshiba 32 GB 10.1" Thrive Tablet - Android 3.2 (Honeycomb), Dual Webcams (TBAT105T1032)
Pros: Reasonable resolution, Good feel to the tablet, LOTS of Connections
Cons: Bad printing integration, Browsing is jumpy, Poor email integration, Battery life, Not tetherable
Other Comments: I tried the 32GB Thrive as a replacement for my iPad. I returned the Thrive after using it for a week. Email integration of all accounts is lacking. You can get gmail in one view but need to jump to another for yahoo, and POP accounts. Browsing seems unstable and jumpy compared to the iPad. But having Flash is better than the lack of it on the iPad. Printing solutions are terrible. I tried several in the Android market and finally gave up and returned it. Battery life is so so. The iPad can be used through the day and go several days before recharging. The Thrive needed recharging everyday even with periodic use. I really looked forward to this tablet as an alternative but was disappointed in the results. I hope the next generation will be much more mature in the gap areas.

Review submitted for Toshiba 32 GB 10.1" Thrive Tablet - Android 3.2 (Honeycomb), Dual Webcams (TBAT105T1032)
Pros: SDXC 64gb
Cons: Not capable of 5 ghz N, ExFat not NTFS
Other Comments: All in all, pleased with product, except that it can only utilize 2.4 ghz N and you can't utilize that portable hard drive you already have unless you want to change it from NTFS to exFat - what's up with that - from I have read, Toshiba is suppose to bevproviding a fix for the NTFS issue.

Pros:
Cons:
Other Comments: Nice carry-anywhere keep-you-connected device. Get a ZAGG screen protector and genuine Toshiba case [both available online ... you'll have a heart attack if you price them in stores] Wife "rolled her eyes" when I bought it ... now, can't get it back from her.

Review submitted for Toshiba 32 GB 10.1" Thrive Tablet - Android 3.2 (Honeycomb), Dual Webcams (TBAT105T1032)
Pros: Fast, Great Video, Sturdy, Great performance
Cons: none
Other Comments: This is my first Android experience. At the begining I was thinking that I made a huge mistake. Then I watch a youtube video and my head expanded. I started playing with it and have to admit I love thi stablet. I wish there was more tutorials for new, non-geeky guys like me.The main reason why I bought this instead of an IPAD is for the flexibility. I hate to be part of Apple's corral. Easy to download music, pics etc. Plus it is a Toshiba. All my Toshiba laptops are still running and have performed excellent. The full size USB and SD card slots are excellent. No need to buy items external media for my laptops and others for my tablet. You can probably notice the difference in size when compared to other tablets, but seriously, it is so minimal that is not even worth talking about it. Those who complained about this, are just looking for any deffect they can find. Seriously great.Shipping was great!!! Six days to arrive to an APO address in the Middle East. Absolutely great for overseas deliveries.

Review submitted for Toshiba 32 GB 10.1" Thrive Tablet - Android 3.2 (Honeycomb), Dual Webcams (TBAT105T1032)
Pros: Great product love it
Cons: Not really any cons
Other Comments: I did a lot of searching on the tablets and felt this was the best for the best and the options it had over the Apple IPad and less restrictions too than the Apple. I love it and it suits my needs. I have a lot to learn on it but many people discuss this so I can learn from them. Love the bluetooth functions, the full size SD card option and the extra ports that the Apple doesn't have. Like I said I love my Toshiba Thrive and would recommend it to others interested in a tablet.
