Cons: Don't work with my NAS, Incompatible
Other Comments: Bought the switch to speed-up my Iomega HomeMedia drive connection thru gigabit connection and it doesn't work at all(no link). Bought a different switch and works as expected.

Other Comments: I needed more ports on my TP-Link gigabit router to add a Blu-Ray player and a VOIP device and this TP-Link switch fits the bill which is why I purchased it. I just recently viewed a movie on line and there was no lag at all. As for my phone calls, they are crystal clear.

Other Comments: Once I opened the box the setup took almost zero time. It is very compact so it can easily be located in almost space available. I needed to expand the network at some locations and instead of adding new cables I used the switch and voilà instant expansion for equipment that needs access to the internet. I would buy more if I need more switches
