Pros: I can go all day and not worry about charging with power left over. Can do two days if I don't use it too much.
Cons: Doesn't have grip ridges and even though it is rubber on the back, it still doesn't grip as well as I would like.

Pros: Reliable on-demand Lithium battery back up power! Battery is designed seamlessly into case making case not much bigger than others! Case is extremely sturdy & durable! Case exterior is made from a rubber material making it easy to clean! Rubber material also keeps iPhone in place (doesn't slide around while driving) Most importantly... This product ACTUALLY WORKS! And, it outperforms!! Where-as I would get 1 day of use from a full charge before - now I get 3 full days with the case! Left the house for the day or two without the charger? No problem! Talk, text, play games, use it as a GPS, etc & get genuine piece-of-mind regarding battery life! Case fits perfectly and looks like it could have been designed by Apple - not a cheap aftermarket accessory!
Cons: Honestly - nothing.
Other Comments: Let's face it. Most iPhone accessories are made cheap and don't last, or even do what they claim to begin with. I am VERY demanding in regards to the products I buy and rarely recommend anything. The iPhone 4 battery life was (in general) so bad, I had to carry spare chargers and cables with me everywhere. Now I feel as I am truly 'free' from cheap wires and chargers for good. Charge it once overnight, and you've got more-or-less 3 days of solid use! If you don't use apps & only talk occasionally, I wouldn't be surprised if it went 5 days or more on a charge. Now that I know about this item & have seen the quality of the product personally, I will NEVER be without one of these cases now or in the future!

Other Comments: Tested the battery and it adds about another 135% juice to the Iphone 4S. So that means, it gives you a full charge, plus another 35% charge. Also comes with a screen protector. The battery pack covers the Iphone very well. Great product and satisfied!

Pros: Much Better Battery Life

Other Comments: I get many lengthy phone calls thru the day due to the nature of my job. Previously I would have to plug into a charger during the course of the workday. Now I still may charge nightly, but I still have 70% or so left on my battery life at the end of the evening. This is heavier than my non-battery Otter Box but fits in my pocket much easier.
