Pros: A month after purchasing a Power Shot SX50HS bundle, I found the extra battery to be defective... would not charge properly. I contacted customer service and found them to be extremely professional and courteous. This Vidpro replacement battery was expeditiously shipped to me and functions well. Can't compliment Beach Camera's customer service enough!!
