Pros: Has a minimum no. of features. Sound quality OK, some complaints from people I call about noise on the line, but that could be a lot of things. Ok for limiilted use and less than 1000 comtacts.
Cons: Cheaper build than previous VTechs. This is refurbished and simply too cheap to expect long term use or trouble-free operation. Don't expect too much at this price.

Pros: BuyDig`s service and return policy.
Cons: This handset is part of a system. The base unit is needed in order for it to be functional. I notified BuyDig and they issued a prepaid Fedex return. Thank you BuyDig, good people to do business with.
Other Comments: Only people with a compatible Dect 6.0 base unit should order this handunit.
