We don't eat until late because, duh, it's summertime. We love every ounce of sunlight available each summer day! That's why you need this grill light. By the time we're ready to throw something on, it's dark. Do yourself a favor and get this amazing light that shines directly down on the meat so your husband will not burn it. Might have been our fault because the batteries leaked. They turn on automatically when you open the grill (if the switch is on) and are really convenient. Easy installation and the light is not to brite. The light looks good on my Weber Grill and does not get in the way of using the grill. I generally grill 5 - 7 days a week 365 days a year.
